Integrative Coaching
Many people excel in one or two areas of life while quietly struggling in others. You may feel successful professionally yet disconnected from your body, unclear about purpose, or out of alignment in relationships. Others experience spiritual depth but lack structure, direction, or vitality. True fulfillment requires balance across all aspects of life—health, relationships, finances, purpose, and inner well-being.
Integrative coaching addresses these areas holistically, recognizing that imbalance in one domain often affects the whole. Rather than focusing solely on surface-level goals, this approach works to identify underlying patterns—emotional, behavioral, and energetic—that influence how you experience your life.
Sessions draw from a synthesis of traditional yogic teachings, Andean energy medicine, and modern coaching methodologies. Depending on your needs, work may include clarifying intentions, exploring subconscious or “shadow” patterns, energetic recalibration, and practical integration into daily life.
This is not talk therapy. The work is experiential and integrative, designed to create shifts at a foundational level—supporting clarity, resilience, and a more coherent, aligned way of living.
Balancing the energetic, emotional, and physical bodies
Meaningful, lasting change often requires attention to more than one layer of experience. While each person’s path is unique, many clients benefit from exploring how energetic, emotional, and physical influences interact and shape their overall well-being.
Sessions may include working with shamanic frameworks, exploring themes that arise through dreams, and addressing energetic patterns that can hold emotional experiences in place. When relevant, we may also look at broader influences such as birth chart dynamics, supportive or challenging astrocartography locations, and foundational lifestyle considerations.
I am not a practicing astrologer or Ayurvedic clinician; however, I am experienced in identifying patterns and imbalances within these systems and helping clients understand when deeper support may be beneficial. When appropriate, I provide referrals to trusted specialists—such as astrologers, herbalists, or Ayurvedic practitioners—so clients receive guidance that is both aligned and appropriately sourced.
This integrative approach allows for a more nuanced understanding of how internal and external factors influence balance, resilience, and long-term well-being.

Testimonials
““Energy sessions with Mariah have truly been some of the most meaningful experiences I have ever had. Her ability to find the internal energies that are blocked and release them has been such a positive and transformative process. Without Mariah, I would not be able to understand the root causes of what holds me back and continue to strengthen my personal growth on such an enlightening path. I cannot recommend her enough! Mariah is so genuine in her practice and dedicated to helping anyone - free of judgment. You’ll instantly feel welcome and accepted for who you are when you are with her and a better person after working with her.” ”
““My first session with Mariah was life-changing, can’t put into words what exactly changed but I feel lighter and happier. I would definitely recommend Mariah.” ”
““My energy healing session with Mariah was really powerful. During the session I could feel energy moving in my body (including resistance) as well as emotions and memories coming up. For a few days after the session I felt like the energy was still moving around - some of it uncomfortable - but when it settled 3 days later I felt a huge weight had been lifted. I’m still amazed at how effective it was and Mariah is an absolute natural at it - so patient and kind. I would highly recommend.” ”
